These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rifflynk mobile application and website (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ashwin Christopher, an individual based in the United States ("Rifflynk," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself or your organization and to keep it up to date.
Rifflynk is a platform that helps churches, organizations, and musicians find one another, communicate, and coordinate bookings for events and services. We provide the platform; we are not an employer, agent, or party to any arrangement made between users.
You agree not to post false, misleading, or abusive content, and not to use the Service to harass other users, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or violate any applicable law.
Rifflynk is not a party to any agreement, booking, or payment arrangement made between users. Users are solely responsible for the terms of their own bookings, including pay, scheduling, and conduct at events. Any payments exchanged between a church or organization and a musician are arranged directly between those users and are not processed by Rifflynk.
Certain features for churches and organizations require a paid subscription. The following terms apply to those subscriptions:
You retain ownership of content you post (such as profile photos, bios, and messages), but grant Rifflynk a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account does not automatically generate a refund; cancel your subscription as described above to stop future charges.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content or the outcome of any booking or interaction between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rifflynk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
